Schedule your East Coast IV appointment online

Thank you for scheduling with East Coast IV!  Scheduling online is quick and easy, however if you have any issues, you may call our office at (443) 252-8005 to schedule over the phone.  

Please note: a $35 travel fee will be imposed on all mobile appointments in which there is only one person receiving IV therapy. 

1.  If you would like a healthcare provider to respond to your location, please make sure East Coast IV covers the requested area before scheduling (see areas serviced below).  If you are not in our coverage area and still wish to make an appointment, you may do so by scheduling at our physical location in Belcamp, MD.

2.  Complete form and click the "Request Appointment" button below and follow prompts.  If you are scheduling for mobile or in office in the Baltimore area, please use central Maryland.  If you are scheduling for mobile or in office in the Ocean City, MD area, please use the Ocean City location. 

3. After your appointment has been requested you will receive an email with our onboarding documents through our HIPPA compliment patient documentation system (new clients only).  These documents can be filled out in 5 minutes or less on any digital device.  All documents must be filled out entirely and sent back before your scheduled appointment time.  Once done so, one of our client care representatives will contact you to confirm your appointment.  A $50 cancellation fee will be imposed on all no call/no show appointments.
